Partnering with Linkforce Engineering, our control systems team executed a complex greenfield upgrade within a brownfield process environment by installing six new crushers at a prominent mine site in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

We designed and implemented a robust control strategy to seamlessly integrate the new crushers, including vendor package interfaces. Our comprehensive engineering solutions addressed the necessary processing changes for the new installations. Rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) ensured the system met the highest standards before deployment. The system was successfully commissioned across six shutdown periods, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

We also provided extensive onsite and offsite support to guarantee a seamless transition and reliable operation of the processing facility.
